Bookings made through our platform are subject to the following conditions:

  • Bookings are only confirmed after acceptance by the landlord and receipt of payment.
  • Displayed prices include Deedrix Rental service fees.
  • Cancellation policies vary by property and are clearly indicated before booking confirmation.
  • Deedrix Rental acts as an intermediary for payments between companies and landlords.
  • Additional fees may apply for extra services or damages to properties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Deedrix Rental or its content providers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or use this content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Deedrix Rental provides its platform "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for:
